When you sign up for one of our subscriptions, you will receive a box of four different whole bean coffees from four different roasters each month. Each sealed coffee will be about 1.8 ounces of beans, enough to make 2 cups of coffee. That's 8 cups per box! And don't forget to enjoy your gourmet treat that comes each month! All coffee will have the best flavor and freshness when it is freshly ground. That is why we ship all of our subscriptions with whole bean coffee. If we ship pre-ground, the flavor and freshness of the roast would be compromised. We have many options and suggestions for grinders! Please contact us prior to subscribing if you have any questions or issues about getting whole beans.
To ensure the freshest coffee possible, we ship within a week of the roasting date. Boxes ship between the 14th and the 17th of each month. If your subscription began after the 16th of that month, your first box will ship between the 14th and the 17th of the next month. For example, if you order on October 25th, your subscription will start shipping the second week of November. If you order on November 1st, your first box will ship between the 14th and the 17th of November. The last day to place an order for it to ship that month is the 16th. This allows us to ensure your get the freshest coffee possible!
Our monthly subscription plans start at just $22! That's less than the price you would pay per cup at a coffee shop, and you get to try four different brews! Sign up for a longer subscription for an even lower price! Plus don't forget to checkout our social media site for contests and special offers for our followers. If you're ever not satisfied with Your Morning Grind, you can cancel your subscription at any time!
We would hate to see you go, but understand sometimes you might need a break! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions with unshipped boxes will continue to ship until the end of the subscription term, at no additional cost. Refunds can only be honored if requested within 7 days of your renewal date. We apologize, but refund requests made after 7 days past your renewal or purchase date cannot be honored, as we will already be planning and purchasing for your next box! We also cannot issue any refunds for prepaid subscription terms once your first box has shipped.
Please contact us right away if you think your shipment is missing. Occasionally there are delays with USPS shipping, however lost packages do happen! You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment email and tracking in order to be eligible for a refund request. Outside of 30 days it is difficult for us to help trace and file a claim with USPS. We will do our best to accommodate refund requests, however are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that were not delivered due to mistyped or misspelled addresses.
